Mitchell Spring
Senior Pastor
Founding Pastor of Spirit & Truth Christian Assembly
After Years in the ministry in Utica NY, Pastor Spring felt the call of God to move his family to the Oneonta area and begin a work. Pastor Spring has been a licensed minister and pastor for more than twenty years.
Along with his wife Rose, and his daughters Sarah and Rebekah, Pastor Spring began holding service in the Oneonta area in 1992. Pastor Spring is a down to earth, hands-on Pastor that loves God, and loves sharing the truth of God’s Word with people. As much as he enjoys preaching to a crowd, he’s just as happy teaching the Word of God in someone’s living room. His wife Rose is a co-laborer with him, using her musical talent and anointing to bless the ministry of Spirit and Truth. His daughters Sarah and Rebekah are involved with Sunday School and Music Ministry.

Fred DeChristopher
Assistant Pastor
Raised in Brooklyn New York, Pastor Fred DeChristopher moved to our area over 20 years ago to raise his family.
He and his wife Patty have two boys, Nick and Joe, and a daughter, Emily. Brother Fred brings a passion for the Word to both his preaching, and teaching ministry. A love for people and God’s Word are reflected in his approachable, friendly personality. His love for God’s work is shared by his wife, who teaches Sunday School and by his children, who are involved in music ministry. Brother Fred is an avid outdoorsman and helps with the men’s ministry of Spirit and Truth.

Lifepoint Church in Yorkville, NY
We are blessed to have Drew and Laurie on our leadership staff in the capacity of youth leaders as well as worship team members. Laurie leads the worship team at Lifepoint Church in Yorkville, and Drew Ministers in Preaching as well as playing bass at Lifepoint.
